These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website obsolescencerty.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Obsolescencerty S.A.P.I. de C.V. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

The Site is exclusively informational and educational about the real estate crowdlending model. The published information does not constitute, under any circumstances, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
